The log cabin is used by civic and non-profit, Chardon-based community organizations for meetings and public events.  It is used over 160 days per year, by over 25 organzations.  In addition, it has the following strengths:

  • Is highly visible to visitors,
  • Is easily located,
  • Sits in a beautiful location in a park setting,
  • Is heavily used during maple syrup season, and
  • Has a beautiful fireplace and good sound system.  (This will be incorporated into the new structure.)
